Working Hours

Collection and withdrawal requests are handled from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. We aim to complete most payment transactions within five minutes. Our team works every day of the week. We do not close for weekends, Eid, Shab-e-Barat, or any other holiday. We never refuse transactions simply because a match is running. On days with unusually high payment volume, the company may release only 25% or 50% of large amounts. The remaining balance is cleared the next day. Within our service window you may request deposits or withdrawals at any time.

Our Position

We do not support betting and we do not promote it in any way. This platform was created to help protect users from fraud. We act only as an agent between you and the software provider.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You may deposit funds as often as you like. Withdrawals are limited to one request per day. A 2.5% deduction may be applied to JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers. This charge is not permanent and can be introduced or removed at any time.

No Betting Guidance

We have no personal experience with betting. Please do not ask us for tips, strategies, or advice on how any game is played. We simply cannot provide it.

Final Decision of the Software

Whatever result the software shows is final. We settle payments according to the figure or team displayed by the software, even if television or other sources show a different outcome.

Software Problems

If the software deletes a bet or refuses to pay it for any reason, we hold no liability. If the software closes or freezes after a bet has already been accepted, that bet will still be honoured. Technical failures do not create any claim against us. Please avoid placing blame when such issues occur.

Honesty in Transactions

We work with complete honesty. Taking even one rupee from your money is something we consider haram. In return we expect the same honesty from you. Sometimes we may forget to deduct a withdrawal or accidentally send a double payment. In such cases you must inform us immediately and return the excess amount. If you keep the extra funds and later lose them, you remain responsible for paying us back. If you win while an uncleared error still exists, we will adjust both the win and our outstanding amount and restart your account from the last correct balance. Dishonesty only creates loss for you, so please stay careful.

Over-Betting

The software normally blocks over-betting. Technical errors can still allow it to happen. When the system later corrects the error, your account may move into a minus position. You must clear that minus balance. Any amount won because of a software mistake will not be paid. Your activity is monitored. Stay within your available balance and deal with us honestly so our relationship remains good.

Special Games

If you plan to play dog racing or Betfair card games, you must inform us first and get approval. Playing these games without prior permission allows us to pay only 20% of your total plus and deposit amount, even if you have larger wins on other games. For dog racing, tennis, or casino games, please request a cutting ID from us in advance.

Commission and Appreciation

The software pays us a commission for the service we provide to you. We work as service staff, not as bookmakers. If you are satisfied with our service and the way we handle your transactions, you are welcome to reward us. We appreciate it and continue to pray for your success.
